机器本身有两个套标机构，一个是用来套瓶身，一个是套瓶口。整机不锈钢结构：采用不锈钢SUS304，结构简单，外形美观，易清洁，整机防水不生锈。独特切刀系统：采用静态回旋切割方式，标签裁切平正，无飞边，无毛刺。特有的标签位置定位装置：保证套标过程标签准确定位。采用模组化设计，模块控制，实现精确、高速套标。采用高品质触摸屏操作界面，实现手指操作，方便快捷。整机自动化程度高，使用简单，只需一人操作，易维护。采用松下伺服系统，伺服控制保证高速状态下，套标无误差。
